That’s always been the one. There’s some discussion about a dev group but I don’t think it’s a factor here. XTRM NorthStar is building homes in Idaho. I found a new permit project where one lot large lot is being excavated to build two homes on by Northstar. Recent posts on the Corazon Facebook page referencing Northstar so all is the same as it was when this spiked well over .01. Just waiting for some momo. Been buying millions down here for week. Time will tell. XTRM
