Everything was fine until the Trustee re-filed his motion and changed the risk of the POR being approved with a binary event 30-min before the confirmation on 12/2/2021.


These guys are making some serious chess moves here and they all have law degrees and carry BAR cards.


The Judge's king may very well be in check and there may be no legal move to get out of check. She has to follow the bankruptcy laws whether she wants to or not.


It's a bitch risk swung in the wrong direction this one.


What gets me is he gave no indications of filing at the last hearing in Sept. Nothing.
