with what everyone knows in the documents that have been posted... it is obvious to me why Chuck was hesitant. A couple things we know. 1 Samsung does not have a license. 2 Samsung is going to have to pay damages in the breach case. Chuck sounded like that before the SK hynix deal too. There is no way Samsung is going to let a jury determine this. Their case in Delaware is BS and they are going to have to pay a Rand rate anyway. HAJ

Exactly...Could Samsung pay damages from the contract and draw out the infringement...yes...because the pricetag will be big...they might look for a way to gain favor in a deal with Google as servers are still big business...but HAJ point is ...lets clean this up and move on ..both the damages and the infringement...I think NLST is ready too..
