Sure wished it would get more investors and potential investors interested. Come on - drop the sledge hammer, apparently Randy Brown owns shares, is there another penny stock selling under .02 with this much potential, tick tock tick tock.

An update would be nice - keep it simple.

. Has the role of National Mechanical Corp., or any facility under the SNPW umbrella, been defined and contract issued involving the Durango project ?


. If the above is yes, is ground breaking for the Durango project projected to take place prior to year end 2021? Is this the tract that is still on schedule?



On May 7, 2021, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria, S.A. (“BBVA”) presented the finance partner on the Durango Mexico 50-megawatt photovoltaic facility (the “Project”), with a $40 million dollar commitment letter for a Bank Guarantee/Standby Letter of Credit on behalf of the EPC partner as security for permanent financing on the Project. Although this does not obligate the Company in anyway nor does it guarantee that the Project will be financed and completed, management believes this to be a positive step in securing the role of National Mechanical Corp. in the Project.
