Got screwed 28k USD at BLOCKS DAO token launch and the management (which includes brian foote) wont take care/reimburse me at all despite repeated attempts and reasoning.
How is it fair for consumers/investors that BLOCKS informs you that launch time can happen earlier than the official listed time, then mess up liquidity pool during the early launch, shooting prices up, then impose an arbituary 8:49AM EST cut off time message to not buy -only on discord but not anywhere else such as twitter where they have significantly more followers. Not everyone follows discord. I then bought with 30k, the value of token then drops about 10x instantly in less than 10 minutes, leaving me with 2k worth of tokens and the launch is then officially moved from uniswap to sushiswap leaving at least a hundred investors screwed. They then take care of people who bought before 8:49 but leave the others hanging. That is not fair i have to pay for your mess ups.
Anyone have crypto attorney leads?
At this point, i just want my money back and they wont give it back. I told them i would make a post here and they didnt care so here i am. Sad that i even have to make a post here as im also a long time HMBL share holder. Thought they are stand up people and im thinking otherwise now.
Brian/management, if you're reading this, reimburse me and i will remove this post. If not, im only getting started.
