The way I see the 200,000,000 million vote issue to increase authorized is very simple.

1st, I do not listen to CC; gives me an advantage over any that do. If Nader said without that 200,000,000 we will close up shop is pure BULL.

2nd; The Next day, any decent CEO would declare a 1 new for 4 old or a 1 new for 10 old. Presto. Problem solved. The CEO's job is to protect the company. We need an asset to sell. Our shares? Our best bet.

Shareholders Current Account values? Wham, down 50% minimum.

Lets say a 1 for 10. Now we have roughly 80,000,000 common shares and warrants outstanding. BUT our authorized is 800,000,000 shares.

No one can shoot holes in this explanation.

Anyone actually observed such a move. I have.

This buys us time to run through the Brazil Trials and proove to the world what Leronlimab can do.
