$DGTW - Just can't seem to swallow the risk at this point.


If the judge approves the Trustee's motion, then the POR confirmation is moot.


I listened in on the Sub.V hearing last Feb. and it was unnerving.


Now we're back to the same situation of the Judge uttering "Grant" or "Deny".


Who's gonna buy if the Judge grants the Trustee's motion and the POR is dead?


This is no longer a slam dunk.
