You believe that would happen?? NP and the Board have been reprimanded to illegally rewarding themselves with "performance bonuss" without meeting any performance criteria. They awarded themselves options for the mTNBC BTD filing in early 2020 when they didn't actually get the BTD - FDA rejected it and the company never publicly reported it (just with big fanfare that they filed it).

NP and the Board had to give back large numbers of options. NP calls it for "retention and attraction of personnel" Keep all the insiders rich.

NP makes ~$10 million in 2021 while the shareholders lost ~$1,500,000,000 in shareholder value and we are now at a 52 week low. Impressive performance isn't it?
