Tornado Alley (PROG)

The problem there is the weather. The Valley's a mile high, and even though it's equatorial, it doesn't seem to get much warmer than the 70s. Cuenca is even higher altitude. It's also remote. It's beautiful, but it isn't the kind of place you can grab a flight to.

It's still a place I plan to visit.

I also have a couple of friends that just moved to Costa Rica. That looks like a decent bet is stuff goes south.. so to speak.
