So, a vote against Nader at this time has a good possibility of resulting with a reverse stock split and a huge dilution form a merger with a private company; Incelldx.

Why?

Because its easy. Nader has faults. Nader will not reverse split our shares. Yes, Nader is a tough street fighter.

What happens in a reverse? Its a short sellers dream trade. A 1 new share for 4 old.

The net net result with luck, 50% price decline. Share price 1.25$ = 62 cents.

A 1 new for 10 old is possible. That would result in larger losses.

Nader seeks 200,000,000 additional authorized shares. Nader is against any reverse.

The 200 million is absolutely needed. Any shareholder that does not understand, ask questions why. I will explain further.

What would help our cause would be if the stock bonus for this year is postponed until we recieve our first Approval.
