It's much worse than Charley could ever portray in any video. A separate phantom ledger tracking IOUs/credits/naked shares/COUNTERFEIT SHARES is NOT held by DTCC or FINRA...just Citadel. Exempt Naked Shorts might still underestimate the FRAUD!!!! ONLY CITADEL HARD DRIVES have the complete fraud...JMO. When I think of the fraud and the years this fraud has been perpetuated it makes me literally sick!!!
