Dark Pools where developed for the right reasons....dark pools serve the purpose for large institutions to execute HUGE trades; however, Citidel brought flash trading to the pools* and ruined the entire purpose of dark pools. Citadel is a poison coursing through the blood of the market.

I don't have time to walk through the guidance...I am sorry.
