Right now I just despise both companies.....

If I had known then what I know now, my last tv would have been something other than Samsung.

.....has changed my opinion of Big Corporate.

In my small family business I have had dealings with big companies. This arrogance is not limited to Samsung/Google. Unfortunately, "We'll do whatever we want and sue us if you don't like it" is a common practice and frankly works more times than not for these guys. That's why they keep doing it and why a steep price should be paid. Sometimes there is a gray area and a company may actually believe they are not infringing. But not here, this is blatant and should be punished. This is however strictly a civil matter. So at some point in time Samsung/Google simply made a business decision that to try and get away with it would cost less than paying NetList what they should have all along. Somewhere in the upper echelons, they now know they made the wrong call as this is blowing up in their face big time.
