Altitrade Partners,

I agree about the valuation. I'd like to think it will improve over the next few months somewhat. Then significantly more by the end of the trial. My timeframe is aroud 2 to 2 1/2 years though. Start trial by 3/31/22. 6 months for full enrollment, 6 months for the last patient to finish trial, 6 months to complile and analyze data(which is plenty as it is pretty simple data) and 6 months to plan another trial and/or find a buyer/partner. A highly successful(better than current treatment) Phase 3 makes a buyout likely.

Until they get current and trading begins we won't benefit
immediately even though the company might make progress and become more valuable. As I have relayed to another significant investor, I don't think the company ever intended to be current by the deadline or is concerned about how shareholders feel about it to be honest. They know until the trial is about to start there won't be significant news flow to push the PPS way higer. The caveat being if there is anything to the covid cadiovascular research that has been mentioned by the company. That news could be significant to the market cap.

Other news like symbol change, uplist and trial site info etc should provide upward momentum if we are trading. IMO, soon assuming trading returns, there needs to be a marketing/PR firm added to raise awareness attracting new investors. I would be surprised if there were more than several hundred shareholders at this point. I personally have an investment in another company that went from around 7k investors to nearly 47K over a short period of time. During that period the PPS went from 30 cents to $10. The company was very active on social media, doing regular cc's as well as interviews/presentations on Proactive, WallStreet Reporter and Emerging Growth among other outlets. That company had 10 times the number of OS as we do.

I also believe loyal shareholders deserve to be compensated for the companies failure to get the trial started on time and get current leading to an unneccesary destruction in the value of our shares. I suggest the company provide a share dividend in the range of 1 new share for every 10-15 shares they own as of 2 weeks after trading restarts. I also believe shareholders of record who are still owners, when the reverse spilt was enacted should get a special dividend. I am sure all the newer owners could care less about what us old timers suffered through but it was extremely painful and most were/are crushed. The majority took a loss and are long gone, so I think the company should reward those remaining shareholders. There can't be many of us left. This would be a perfect time to do this as the market wouldn't even notice.

I appreciate your following the company all these years and having read your previous publishes notes I believe you have a good feel for where things were and are going.
