What is a fact: COOP is reorganized WMIH, and the shareholders (we, hedge funds, index funds and so on) are the sole owners of COOP. If a mysterious hidden parent was the owner then we wouldn't own shares of COOP, sounds logical?

What About the WMI Subs?

If COOP is the parent of WMI subs, then COOP needs to report the WMI subs on their books.

That hasn't happened.
