memory application.

NetList will be the gate keeper so to speak. Yes, this company is that well endowed, and powerful small as it is.

AND, there is more discovery to come from companies no yet named.

Those companies that KNOWINGLY infringed on NetList's IP like Samsung, Google, Micron, Inphi, and SK which settled already, and those companies
that may not realize they are infringing yet that are using NetList's technology for their businesses.

Infringing knowingly can justify treble damages (triple the award).

A good place to start DD is the Yahoo Message Board for NetList, but another place to start would be by using Google itself to search NetList versus Google, versus Samsung, Micron, Inphi.... Lots of good DD here as well.
