You're saying NetList has "no" competition. Everyone who manufactures and sells the products that use the NetList items above, Enterprise SSD, Embedded Flash or DDR Memory modules is using NetList? That doesn't seem possible.

You use the term "stolen IP". I don't know how an IP relates to the items I have mentioned and maybe the NetList items shown above have nothing to do with the lawsuits.

Exactly what is it that Samsung stole that can only come from NetList and there is no alternative?
