All the shares issued in connection with the acquisition are restricted.
Those restricted shares, large or small, will not come to the market since the management has no plan to sell the restricted shares.
For the restricted shares, the management needs to file Form 144 with SEC before selling, and then file Form 4 for the public after selling, so we will know when they begin to sell. Anyhow, they clearly stated in 10-12G that they have no plan to sell the restricted shares.
