He stole control by a convertible note he gave GMER and his buddy, SCAMBAG extraordinaire Vikram Grover. Any idea why he was colluding with GROVER?? He is a king scammer, look @ FOMC lol.

Why wouldnt he steal any assets from here to repay the past debt?? Or will the company just pay outright any monies it receive? Why would a CEO hold millions of dollars in debt over a companies head?
