My guess is $.20 is much more likely, but should there be success the upside is much higher $.40...maybe over a dollar in an initial pop.

Also important is how results are communicated. Clarity helps! Talking subgroups and secondary endpoints is fine but if the primary endpoint is met there needs to be absolute clarity about that...perhaps even outside expertise brought in for support. Any lack of clarity is a big time sell signal.
