If you followed what they said, they said they were not a Shell in filings, then they tried to back out of that and say they are a Shell. That Status has changes serveral times.
The 15c-211 rule gives 18 month time frame as a Shell to be operational or lose public quote status when under a Shell status.
These guys got caught in a lie, they are NOT operating and they are NOT trying to get RBSY operating.
Do some DD on 15c-211 Shell status rule
As of SAKL, SGDH and CGRW, their time will come, these guys don't tried to make companies profitable.
