'cowboy' you obviously interpret things differently than I do.My goal is not to change or manipulate your or anyones opinion. This board is an open forum and all opinions are welcome. I don't buy the 'acquisition mode'-'defense against hostile takeover' theories in regards to the 2 BILLION increase in A/S. I don't buy the theory that 'the T/A isn't gagged...it's company policy'. JP is simply repeating a pr campaign from 2003. In 2003 JP stated cyberkey had hired an indepedent auditor and this was the first step to uplist.....fast forward to 2006/2007 same crap. NO FOLLOW THROUGH. 2003 JP announced expansion into Europe through acquisition of a mystery company called Newact Media.This company,according to JP, was up and running and offered immediate entry to the European market. "NEW" company was named Cyberkey-EUROPE. The only reference you'll find(outside of JP-PR) on Cyberkey-Europe is a listing on a JUST EXPIRED DOMAIN LIST dated early 2006. The domain,before expiration, recorded NO HITS . JMHO
