I believe munchkin is going to get his energy protection in concession to a smaller billionaire tax raise. Some miniscule half as much tax raise should not be pushed under the rug with a shrug of "oh well something is better than nothing." When 'something' is almost nothing when it comes to taxing the ultra rich. Raising the rich tax 4 or 5 percent is bullshit.
