They don't know the name of the ship.

They don't know the year of the sinking.

They have no manifest but yet put out 'sucker-bait' statement of 14 BILLION. For the sake of solicitation of investment, there are those who just might label that as fraud.

Realistically, the richest 'no smoke blown up ones ass' treasure ship ever found was the 'S.S. Central America' lost in 1857. Tone of all U.S. pre-Civil War gold. Coins and bullion. Even that recovery didn't top a billion.

This is entertainment at it's finest. The never ending clown show.
