Tom Kennedy, Director, CEO

Mr. Kennedy, B.Comm., J.D., is a graduate of the University of British
Columbia. After an initial career at the Federal Department of Justice,
Mr. Kennedy has primarily focused as a legal, financial and business
consultant to publicly-traded companies.
Mr. Kennedy is currently a member of the Law Society of British
Columbia, the Canadian Bar Association, the British Columbia Bar
Association, and an Associate member of the American Bar Association.
Mr. Kennedy is an officer and/or director of several TSX-V and CSE
publicly-traded companies.

Laurence Smoliak
CFO
Mr. Smoliak is a Chartered Public Accountant (Chartered Accountant and Certified Management Accountant) with over 40 years experience in public practice and industry. He has broad experience in finance and management, international business experience and has held senior management positions in private and public companies. Mr. Smoliak graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems. After university he spent five years with the Chartered Accounting firm Thorne Riddell (later merged to be KPMG) working in the areas of auditing, taxation and business valuations. He then set up and operated his own successful public accounting practice.

Len Palmer
Mine Manager
Len Palmer has 50 years of mining experience throughout North America with a majority of that coming underground. Mr. Palmer’s expertise allowed him to be the Silvana Mine Manager in Sandon BC and he has been mine manager for over 20 years. During that time Mr. Palmer has developed an impressive understanding of the underground structure and the historical data which is proving to be invaluable.

Andrew H. Rees
Director
Mr. Rees has over 15 years experience working with oil & gas and mining companies having raised over $100 million in the public markets. He has been involved in an executive management role taking projects from discovery to commercial production. Mr. Rees currently serves as a director of a number of publicly-traded resource companies. Mr. Rees obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from Royal Roads University (British Columbia).

Mr. Harder has been a member of the British Columbia Law Society since 1986 and is a senior securities lawyer, with a primary focus on natural resources law. He is the principal of Harder & Company, a Vancouver law firm.

Reinhard Schu

Mr. Reinhard Schu is an international lawyer, entrepreneur and corporate governance expert. He has been an active investor in the precious metals and junior exploration and mining sectors for over 20 years and has an extensive investor network in the UK. He serves as a non-executive director on the board of several companies.

Richard W. Hughes
Chairman - Technical Advisory Board
Mr. Richard Hughes is widely recognized as one of the original people behind the discovery of the Hemlo gold mines in Ontario and was also behind the discovery of the Balmoral Mine in Quebec. He was also instrumental in discovering and putting into production the Sleeping Giant Mine (owned 50% by Aurizon Mines and 50% by Cambior), and also the Beaufor Mine (owned by Aurizon Mines). Richard assembled the land package that became Integra Gold’s Lamaque Gold Project (Eldorado Gold recently offered $590 million to acquire Integra).

Dave Makepeace

Mr. Makepeace is a senior geologist-environmental engineer. He holds a B.A.Sc.(Hons) degree in Geological Engineering from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario. He also has a M.Eng. degree in Environmental Engineering from the University of Alberta. He is a registered Professional Engineer in British Columbia and Alberta and has 36 years of geological, mining and environmental experience throughout North and South America and Africa. He presently works for Micon International Limited. From 1983-1989 (Dickenson Mines Ltd.) David Makepeace was responsible for the continuous mining and exploring at the Silvana mine, in his position of exploration geologist and then as chief geologist-engineer.

Steve Phillip, B.Geology from Leeds University UK – Geologist with extensive experience in the Slocan Silver Camp. Steve Phillips worked at the Silvana mine (Dickenson Mines Ltd. & Treminco Resources Ltd.) from 1977 to 1992 ending as Mine Manager.

Locke B. Goldsmith, M.Sc., P.Geo., P. Eng. has been engaged in mining exploration for the past 55 years and has conducted exploration programs and evaluations of mineral deposits worldwide. Mr. Goldsmith has also been familiar with the underground working in Sandon for over 40 years.

William (Bill) Morton

Mr. Morton M.Sc, B.Sc., P. Geo. has been employed as a professional geologist for over 30 years. Prior to starting Eastfield Resources, he held positions with several mining companies such as Giant Mascot Mines Limited, Sumitomo Metal Mines (Sumac) and Imperial Metals Corporation. Klondike Silver’s Rock Quarry located along the 4000’ Level Adit access
road is producing rock necessary for armouring the West Bank of
Carpenter Creek adjacent to Klondike’s Tailings Management Facility.

About Klondike Silver

Klondike’s Silvana Mine Silver Zinc Lead project is located in South
Eastern B.C., 138 km north of the Trail B.C. smelter.
Klondike Silver is exploring from underground, the western extension of
the Silvana Mine, along the “Main Lode”.
The “Main Lode” is a 9 km vein structure which is the most prolific
mineralized structure in the Slocan Mining Camp.
There are 13 historical mines that are situated along the 9 km vein
structure which have produced 886,000 kg of silver, 95 million kg of
zinc and 117 million kg lead so far.
Including 8 of the 13 above there are 68 historical mines that are
situated in the Klondike Silver 116 square kilometer claim block which
have produced 1,258,000 kg of silver, 72 million kg of zinc and 158
