NovoMira, I remember the Corn Palace well. You are talking big country out there in the Dakota's. Yes, pheasant is my favorite. I like cooking pheasant breasts with rice and Golden Cream of Mushroom in a casserole, oh my god, my mouth is just watering. The last day of every trip the cowgirls would cook us up a great pheasant dinner. Boy do I miss that. You are making me homesick know.
