Fact, fiction or a mix? >>> referring to list of negatives - For example "massive stock dilution"

Found CytoDyn February 2020, and since that time there has NOT been massive dilution. Please prove otherwise.
(just one example of questionable statement - in distant past under other leadership there was massive dilution)

Leronlimab is a fantastic drug that has shown (in the C10 and C12 trials) itself superior to the SOC (Standard of Care - the best the FDA allows to be used in the treatment of Covid)

AND has a better safety record than Remdesivir, Tocilizumab, and Baricitinib.
