Simply a matter of holders selling AMC shares because they realize AMC is seriously overvalued at these levels. AMC already broke down below the chart support at $40.32 earlier today, and the next level of potential support would be the lowest of the SMA's at $38.57. If it breaks down below $38.57 there is serious downside exposure well below that.
