Based on current information released by NY SOS yesterday. Look it up yourself. MTRT filing number is
"DOS ID:402578".

A Certificate of Amendment was filed yesterday. That's an amendment to the original articles of incorporation. What could possibly be amended? Well, for starter's THE NAME OF THE CORPORATION. The location of the corporation. Transferring jurisdiction of state of incorporation to another state. A change to the stock structure (DONE). My money is on the corporate name being changed to MEDIUM. It makes perfect sense.
