Honestly, if you are so sure that management is incompetent why haven’t you sold or selling out your position. While the wait sucks, I am confident they are working something out.
Also, if you have so many shares as you claim, you could probably visit them or have an nda with them as a major investor and request a tour/ or more update probably from the management. Not sure they will share anything, but if you are really that big, why don’t you visit them and see things for yourself? I do not have that privilege being that small of a shareholder. But in your case, you probably might.
I understand waiting without any news or progress is killing us, but saying that they dont do anything, that Ben is incompetent this is wrong.
