Yes, I suspect that yes, there will be a reverse split to uplist. I don't know the ratio, but that will be contained in the Proxy. I also wouldn't be surprised to see RXMD reduce the number of authorized shares from the 1 billion number - they won't need the excess shares.

Challenges make life interesting, Overcoming them make life meaningful.
