Track Dude - The S-1 that was just filed went through 2 rounds already with the SEC. The second round only had one question to resolve as you said. In addition, as time went by, RXMD had to update the financial info as the old financials became stale. Also RXMD retained a new underwriter (BenchmarK).

So it is an updated S-1.

RXMD is looking for SEC approval hopefully by Nov. 15th.
