Oh, please, how many pump and dumps on the OTC have “compensated awareness campaigns” that a link can be provided to? That’s absurd to even suggest. And this company issued the dirt cheap shares, lots of them, prior to the bankruptcy filing, akin to “front loading” that anyone who’s watched any pump and dump on the OTC is familiar with.

The definition you’re trying to squeeze the term down to is far too narrow.

I swear I’ll never use the phrase “you can’t make this stuff up” ever again after being on the OTC. Apparently you can.
