If a judge comes in with a ruling that an edict from city government to protect the health and safety of employees AND, most important, perhaps decisive, the health and safety of the public, is illegal, null, then I'll be very surprised.

I've listened to the FOP president; his arguments are as political as those of GOP governors like De Santis and Abbott, and they are no more persuasive or credible than what has come from those two irresponsible assholes.
