BK Technologies Corporation provides two way radio communications equipment. The Company designs manufactures, and markets wireless communications products. The Company's products include two way land mobile radios (LMRs), repeaters, base stations and related components and subsystems. Two way LMRs consists of units that are hand held (portable) or installed in vehicles (mobile). Repeaters expand the range of two way LMRs, enabling them to operate over a wider area. Base station components and subsystems are installed at radio transmitter sites to improve performance by enhancing the signal and reducing or eliminating signal interference and enabling the use of one antenna for both transmission and reception. Its Project 25 standard (P-25) digital products and analog products operate in the very high frequency (VHF) (136 megahertz-174 megahertz), ultra high frequency (UHF) (380megahertz-470megahertz,450megahertz-520 megahertz) and 700-800 megahertz bands.
