We are adding Solar, Wind, and Hydro and increasing is tidal at a much higher rate than anything the Keystone would give us and just what is tar sands oil used for other than to pollute at a faster rate. We wouldn't even receive any tax from that oil as the Valero Refinery is tax free. As for your jobs is that a joke? Maybe if they were constructing it there would be a few thousand jobs and they would go puff when complete as there would be less than 100 jobs for maintenance on the pipeline. So is this a corporate welfare program for Conservatives where you get a twofer? Add to climate change burning the worst possible oil and not getting any taxes from it?
