Poor selection of words I must agree. However, dilution (more or less 7-10%) in view of adding a strategic asset such as a manufacturing facility does create a pull of the pps but it is generally a short lived set back and an opportunity to add shares if desired.

This being said a pps drop of 20-25% is not justifyable and I assume correction is coming during the next few days.

I hope the company soon issues some kind of corporate update outlining the progress ongoing, in particular in term of acceptance of our products in the covered markets and detailed financials of Q3 mid November.
