re: how big MC1 alone might be in peak year revenues?
At the current level of age escalation in this country one might believe that peak to be achieved within the next 8 year around 2015 ... My guess is this will be a mini blockbuster worth atleast $1.5 billion... In a Partnership agreement if we get 30%, since Dr.Friesen is rejecting every offer made, that will represent $450 million in Net revenue's to Medicure.
That's on one drug. With inflation and other drugs added to the mix in the next ten years along with Aggrastat sales ramping up during this time MPH/MCU could easily garner net revenue's topping out at $700 million.
At 10 times forward revenue's and assuming there won't be any need for further dilution, 2015 could see $58.00/share, or at
14 times forward earnings could be $80.00
If I held and didn't touch my shares until $58.00, they'd be worth nearly $2 million on my retirement date. Perhaps I'll just retire early. It's a long time to wait for the next best thing since..... but it will be worth the wait.
Dr.Friesen has stated outright that he want's Medicure to become one of the world's top ten Pharma's and believed that the MC-1 molecule and all it's dirivitives used in combination with other drugs they could do it. That is his Long Term Vision and Dream for Medicure and the reason he's rejecting joe avg. partnership offers.
