The preferred stock has voting rights far outweighing the common stock (up to 300x) so the common stock is for chumps.

I wonder why Tweety Peety created Digitalage LLC, a Nevada corporation recently?
Is he hopeful that a real social media company will buy out the bur under their saddle?

I see Twitter users complaining about the functionality of the Beta site. Look at the code, it's rubbish.
