Not every political question will satisfy anyone completely. No politician will be able to satisfy the most ardent supporter. Just like many things in life, you have to temper your wants with what can actually be achieved. Democrats achieved much under Clinton, even more under Obama. Republicans had their chance under Bush, it ended badly, under Trump it was even worse. Just how many chances do you get.
