So there's room on the Board of Directors for a third independent director? That brings up several interesting possibilities.

Let's suppose a Pharma wants some or all of this company.

Let's further suppose that if said Pharma does take a seat on the IPIX board, Leo knows his time as CEO would be up.

Let's further suppose Leo has "set the table" knowing the above may happen.

Lots of supposing on my part, and it's anyone's guess what happens next.

But there are no rules and no rhyme or reason that exist to allow for filing a 10K that points the investing public to Company Charters that the Company itself is not conforming to.
