I see comments that indicate lack of knowledge on the relevance and importance of judicial processes.

I'm fine waiting for the Chancery Court to make a determination on DGFs motions which will happen after the SDNY makes their decisions.

To me, everything else is irrelevant until that point in time.

Having a discussion with a board member on the ability to leave the Expert Market is understandable to me. Others may find that irrelevant.
