It's a good time to own. Rents here in Central Florida are climbing substantially. I've spoke to a few people who were told rent would increase by $150-250 per month in 2022. Averages here are already getting up there.
My lending partners are all seeing interest rates trending up right now as well. Home prices seem to have leveled off for the time being, but mostly due to less activity during this time of year. It'll pick up in February assuming our supply chain issues don't tank us.
