Yeah I saw that - it sounds good...but it's basicly "bureaucratese" for "we reserve the right to remove messages and discipline members" at our discretion. Which is fine, they need to have that boilerplate for their own legal protection.

But - I'm not at all sure it helps the ordinary members go after the lying bashers.

It's been pointed out that complaints against other posters requires you to fill out the equivalent of a form letter - the "Report a TOS Violation" drop down box where you get to choose a particular category - none of which fits the bashers at all. So much for that avenue.

One can only hope that the emails sent to Matt today, and hopefully over the next couple of days, will be considered thoughtfully in light of the "defamatory, libelous, deceptive" content of Mongo's and Pseekers posts.

But on the other hand, Matt has supposedly reviewed hundred of these posts that were deleted! And instead of banning Mongo, we have Pseeker brought back from the dead!

So...I'm not terribly optimistic. If anything, we might soon see the other banned posters join the group.
