Well a number of things come to mind after reading the transcript again:

1) judge foe has an arrogance, which is plain to see, but that is opinion!

2) During this hearing she states: "THAT'S WHY I
DON'T LIKE
PATENT CASES". In other settings she has used the word "hate"...

3) At least twice she states she would love to transfer the cases to anyone of her colleagues... WHAT??

How would one bringing a patent case ever expect to get a fair ruling from a "judge" so dumb as to state the above???? One might think it, BUT SHE IS DUMB ENOUGH TO STATE IT! VPLM got a raw deal, but Waco-a-GO-GO!!! Judge Albright loves patent cases...

I could care less about Harvard...many idiots have come out of Harvard, as it has become a "political 'institution'"...

In her recent hearing before the Senate, Cruz and Hawley made her look like a deer in the headlights... She reminds me of a little guy who got his ass kicked alot growing up and is trying to make up for it!
