Now as far as Fauxci, my disdain and judgment that he is an evil man is based on his actions. They are sinister and I can prove his malfeasance.

So, I consider Fauxci a modern day villain dressed in sheep's clothing.
He takes advantage of the innocent. He is somewhat maniacal.
