I just checked the FAQ and saw that too. Interesting:

If Matt is doing all the reviewing he must be all tuckered out at the end of the day.

A MAJOR PROBLEM with the TOS categories that members can use is that the categories don't include LYING.

The categories are Off Topic, Vulgarity, Spam, Personal Attack and Violation of Privacy

Unfortunately, there is no category for what Mongo and Pseeker do. So, technically, I can't post a TOS violation. What they do is a non-reportable event. Sweet for them.

Moderators of stock-specific boards are allowed to immediately remove any post for Admin review that falls into the following categories: Duplicate, Personal Attack, Spam. Each hidden/removed post is reviewed by Admin and either left removed or restored.
