"We know they can sell millions of dollars of stock."
they are selling millions of dollars of stock in order to pay back millions of dollars that they borrowed...they are on a time clock...and its short...but its getting done...and getting done as smoothly as could possibly be expected under the circumstances...
in the meantime they are using that money to get done what needs to get done to keep the company moving forward...there have been delays and bumps in the road...
i was not a fan of excuses when kblb was dead broke and using nickels and dimes just to stay afloat...the company could not move forward much with that kind of money...the company was producing more excuses than anything else...and the timeline to get anything done would have been measured in years...
but bruce le lit a fire under the ceo's butt with that kings group contract...and i gotta give kim credit for doing what needed to be done...he got millions in loans that were needed to even have a shot at fulfilling the contract...but the terms were crap...and there was no other way around it...and dilution is required...but so far, the dilution hasnt been devastating...and it could have been...
i believe that dilution was dumped into the market until the pps started hitting .07...then it was sold to certain entities who are buying up that dilution...my guess is that at some point soon, kblb will issue about 20 mil shares lump sum to yorkville and they will hold them...
but what do i know...
at any rate, what i see is progress...and im looking back to March, when we got the loan...what happened before that when kblb was working with pennies and was basically dead broke is no longer a concern to me...im judging how things are going from March to the present...and im ok with the progress given the circumstances (covid etc)...
this isnt a slam dunk...but they have a real shot at pulling this off...but at this point im looking at .20 per share as a short term goal...not 20 bucks...once we get to .20, we will see how things look...
