Who says it has to benefit current shareholders of SNPW, it definitely won't be in competition with Medrecycler (which means no conflict of interest), but since you asked.
And how would Miss. directly benefit current shareholders of SNPW -
Since Miss appears to be a very similar system, remember these concerns:
- Nick doesn't have experience operating a pyrolyis facility (THAT BECOME MOOT)
- The Department believes it is not possible to meaningfully demonstrate that the shredding and conveyance is completely enclosed without testing of the actual system at this site. (Now they will have a place to demonstrate)
-Financial Assurance Documentation (If a person can secure an 85 million dollar bond that should give you Financial Assurance)
- Issues Related to Air Emissions, Air Pollution Contro Regulations and the Minor Source Air Permit.(Miss should put all those issues aside)
- Groundwater and Surface Water Bodies at Risk (Miss should put all those issues aside)
- Hazardous Waste Transportation and Disposal Requirements (Miss should put all those issues aside)
- Issues Related to Disposal of Ash (Miss should put all those issues aside) IMHO eliminating those concerns will be very beneficial to current SNPW shareholders.
