Agree 1000% they're critical to the real estate market, but still feel they'd be shuttered if a viable alternative were available. Again, agreeing with what you said...if all that is accurate can you think of the financial benefit to the government keeping them in c-ship? I still say they're looking for replacements and c-ship and the false narrative keeping it in place acts as the perfect justification.
